Jani-Mikael Kuusisto rejoined ynvisible on August 12, 2016 as General Manager, and will become CEO of the company when the RTO transaction between ynvisible and Network Exploration, currently in its last stages, is completed. With nearly 15 years of experience in the fields of printed electronics and Consumer Packaged Goods (“CPG”), Jani-Mikael brings to the team extensive international experience of working with the printed electronics customer and supply value chains. As ynvisible’s Chief Business Development Officer, between 2011 and 2014, his role was vital in initiating the company’s first international partnerships and opening doors to the CPG world. During 2014-2016 he retained a role as Advisor to ynvisible's Board of Directors and management team. Jani-Mikael is a frequent speaker at industry events and was fundamental in building PrintoCent (www.printocent.net), a community for the commercialization of printed electronics technologies. Jani-Mikael has worked 6 years at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, a leading Nordic research institute where he has headed business development for its printed intelligence program and consulted for several rapidly growing IoT companies.

Jani-Mikael has an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration (now a part of Aalto University). He graduated in 2000 with a major in International Business and minors in Finance and Multimedia. His studies included an exchange period at the University of Western Ontario Richard Ivey Business School where he studied Strategic High-Tech Marketing and Information Systems Management. In 2009, Jani-Mikael completed the "Executive Program for Growing Companies (course 2009)" at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Inês Henriques, co-founder and CEO of ynvisible, has been heading the company since its inception in 2010. After the RTO transaction, Inês will become COO of ynvisible.

Talking about his return to ynvisible, Jani-Mikael said that "under Inês's lead, ynvisible has emerged as a leader in printed low power electrochromic displays and indicators. I'm excited to rejoin this well positioned team, as the market pull for low power electronics and practical human interfaces to the Internet-of-Things is strongly increasing."
